Quota - disk space

1 What is it?

The quota is the maximum available disk space in your Repository.

The standard set by the admin is usually 200 MB

Once reached the maximum disk space, it will be impossible to create or upload Content Objects.

Solution:

• delete old Content Objects you don't use anymore
• ask the admin for more disk space

2 How much space is left?

• Go to your Repository
• In the menu on the left, click Quota
• You see a bar displaying the used disk space (in colour) and the available disk space (gray).
