Share

1 What is this?

You can share any Content Object with other users.  Sharing is done straight from the Repository,without publishing the Content Object.

Sharing is done via Workspaces.

Mind: users do not get an announcement when you share a content object with them.  You have to send them a separate message.

2 Steps / elements

2.1 Share a single Content Object

• Click the Share icon to the right of the Content Object (yellow padlock)
• In the next window, you see en overview of your Workspaces or you can create one
• Select the Workspace you want to share the Content Object to

2.2 Share multiple Content Objects

• Tick off the Content Objects you want to share
• Select Share selected items from the drop down menu of the table view
• Select the Workspace you want to share the Content Object to

Mind: when you add Content Objects to a Workspace, they are automatically shared with the users and / or groups in this Workspace. .
