Action buttons

1 Wat is het?

Elke Tool in de cursus beschikt over een verschillende knoppen: Publish, Publish introductietekst, Beheer rechten, Beheer categorieën, Weergave. Afhankelijk van de Tool zijn bijkomend specifieke knoppen beschikbaar.

2 Onderdelen

Publish: via deze actie kun je een Content Object uit de Repository in de cursustool publiceren of een nieuw Content Object maken
Publish introductietekst : laat toe om per tool in de cursus een introductietekst te publiceren.
Beheer rechten: hiermee kun je de rechten op een cursustool instellen. Je kunt gebruikers rechten geven om te publiceren, te wissen of enkel te bekijken.
Beheer categorieën: laat toe om verschillende categorieën, onderverdelingen te maken in de cursustool
Weergave: laat toe om de informatie op het scherm op verschillende manieren weer te geven

weergave als lijst of tabel
weergave volgens periode
filter weergave: toon alle publicaties - enkel mijn publicaties - enkel wat voor mij gePublishd is.

1 What is it?

Each Tool in a course has several buttons: Publish, Manage rights, Show everything, Table, List and Publish introduction. Some tools offer more specific buttons.

2 Elements

Publish: to publish from within the course, you can create an new CO or select one from the Repository.
Publish introduction : allows you to publish an introduction to the Tool.
Manage Rights: this can be used to set the edit, view or share rights to the tool or categories in this tool.
Manage categories: allows to create several categories and subcategories in the course tool.
View: allows to display the information in several ways:

as a list or a table
according to the publication period
all publications - only my publications - items published only for me
