1 What is this?

A category is a subdivision you can make within Tools of a course or the repository.  You can compare them to labels or folders.

Categories in courses can only be made by course managers.

Every user can create categories in his own Repository.  

2 Steps / Elements

• Click Manage Categories
• Click Add
• Enter the category name
• Click the blue cross to add more categories
• Click confirm
