Publish allows you to
- share a Content Object to an application e.g. Courses
- add a Content Object to a complex Content Object

- Hidden: the Content Object is not visible to the Course users
- Publication period:
- always
- limited: easy with Announcements which outdate
- Share with course managers: if you share, they will be able to edit the publication
- Send email: to send an email to the selected users to announce apublication was made

- Who can view this publication?: to select specific groups or users
- Show in coursetab Links: to create a direct link to the content object in the coursetab Links
